Official rules of the Golden GlowCase giveaway
This competition has ended.
- This promotion is run by Breeze Balm (Promoter).
- It is a trade promotion decided by chance, and the only way to take part is to buy a GlowCase. No permit was needed in the Australian states and territories where it ran.
- The promotion opened on 24 September 2026 (12:00am AEST) and ended either when every GlowCase was sold or on 29 September 2026 at 11:59pm AEST, whichever came first (Promotion Period). GlowCases could only be bought during that period and while stock lasted.
- The prize details and the steps to take part are part of these terms (Terms and Conditions). Buying a GlowCase means you agree to them.
- Entry was open to people aged 18 or older living in Tasmania, Queensland, Victoria, Western Australia, the Northern Territory or New South Wales (Eligible Participants). People living in South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory could not take part, and neither could staff of the Promoter or its related companies, their close family, or anyone who helped run the promotion or choose the winning cases.
- To take part, a GlowCase had to be bought on our website at its normal price during the Promotion Period. Nothing beyond that price was charged.
- Some GlowCases were set aside as winners (Winning GlowCases), one for each prize listed in clause 11.
- Before shipping, the Promoter picked GlowCases at random during packing and placed the prize inside, instead of the usual products. Who bought the case had no influence on the pick.
- A Winning GlowCase holds the prize in place of the usual products, and the prize counts as received when the case is delivered.
- Whether a case wins is decided only by chance when prizes are allocated, before shipping. The Promoter cannot send a winning case to a chosen buyer.
- Prizes on offer:
- Tier 1: wireless sport earbuds from Powerbeats (Fit model, Power Pink), 1 available, worth AUD $329.95 incl. GST.
- Tier 2: a mini crossbody bag from Marc Jacobs, 1 available, worth AUD $405.00 incl. GST.
- Tier 3: a Coles gift voucher, 1 available, worth AUD $500.00 incl. GST.
- Prize values are the usual retail price at the time these terms were written and may change later. The Promoter is not responsible for any later change in value.
- Winners do not need to do anything to claim: the prize arrives inside the GlowCase, and the Promoter does not have to send a separate notice.
- Any prize that includes alcohol can only go to a buyer aged 18 or older, who agrees to drink responsibly and within the law.
- There is no claim period. A prize is taken as received and accepted when the Winning GlowCase is delivered.
- The Promoter keeps records of the promotion (how the winning cases were allocated and sent, buyer details and orders) for at least 12 months after it ends.
- Unless stated otherwise, extra costs of using a prize, including any tax, are paid by the buyer. Buyers may want independent financial advice about tax.
- If a prize can no longer be supplied, the Promoter may replace it with one of the same or higher value, following any direction from a regulator.
- Prizes cannot be swapped for cash, credit or products, unless the law requires it.
- As far as the law allows, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury connected with a prize. Nothing here limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.
- Where a prize includes goods or services from another supplier, the buyer may have to accept that supplier's terms; if they cannot, the Promoter may cancel that part of the prize.
- Prizes are delivered with the GlowCase using our normal delivery times. Unless the law says otherwise, the Promoter is not liable if a prize goes missing or arrives damaged during delivery.
- Buyers' personal information (PI) is collected to handle orders and run the promotion, and may be shared with partners who help, such as prize suppliers, couriers and, if needed, regulators. The Promoter may accept small errors in PI, and not acting on a right does not mean giving it up.
- How personal information is collected, used and shared is explained in the Privacy Policy on our website.
- The Promoter is not responsible for technical problems of any kind, such as errors, delays, lost or altered order records, network, server, software or website failures, or any damage to a device caused by taking part.
- The Promoter may disqualify anyone it reasonably believes has broken these terms or acted unfairly or unlawfully, and keeps the right to seek compensation. If a winning case was sent to a disqualified buyer, the Promoter may ask for the prize to be returned at the buyer's cost.
- If the promotion cannot run as planned because of tampering, fraud, technical failure or anything else outside the Promoter's control, the Promoter may disqualify those involved or cancel, end, change or pause the promotion, following any direction from a regulator.
- If an outside event affects the promotion (for example vandalism, a pandemic, power cuts, storms, natural disasters, civil unrest or strikes), the Promoter may cancel it and restart it later on the same terms, or otherwise cancel, end, change or pause it, following any direction from a regulator.
- These terms follow the laws of New South Wales, and buyers accept the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
