Breeze Balm Golden Ticket Promotion (ACT): Terms and Conditions
1. This promotion is run by Breeze Balm (Promoter).
2. This promotional game of chance operates under ACT Gambling and Racing Commission permit ACT TP 26/01725.
3. The promotion opens on 30 July 2026 (5:00pm AEST) and stays open until 6 August 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (Promotion Period).
4. The prizes and the way to enter are described in these Terms and Conditions of Entry, and entrants accept them by taking part in the promotion.
5. Entry is open to Australian Capital Territory residents aged 18 or over. Anyone who works for the Promoter or its associated entities (and their immediate family members), as well as anyone involved in running the promotion or selecting winners, is not eligible.
6. To enter, purchase a Breeze Balm lip balm at its regular retail price within the Promotion Period. There is no extra cost or separate fee to enter.
7. Prior to dispatching orders, the Promoter will randomly insert Golden Ticket lip balms into customer orders.
8. Recipients of a Golden Ticket lip balm will be issued a unique code (Winner Code). Using this code, the winner can visit a dedicated winner page on the Promoter's site (www.breezebalmstore.com or any other URL the Promoter provides) to claim their prize.
9. Every winner chooses one (1) prize from the available selection, on a first come, first served basis. The prizes on offer depend on what is in stock when the winner logs in. The Promoter does not guarantee that any particular prize will still be available when a winner visits the page.
10. The prize pool is worth approximately AUD $10,000 (including GST). This amount reflects the actual retail value of all the prizes offered.
11. A full Prize Schedule listing every available prize is posted on the Promoter's website at www.breezebalmstore.com and is part of these Terms and Conditions.
12. The Promoter will contact winners by post or email, using the contact details they supplied, no later than twenty-one (21) days after their win is confirmed.
13. If a prize is worth AUD $1,000 or more, the winner's name and locality will be published on the Promoter's website (www.breezebalmstore.com) within twenty-eight (28) days after the winner is confirmed.
14. If a Golden Ticket recipient does not visit the landing page and select a reward within twenty-eight (28) days from when the Golden Ticket product is dispatched (Claim Period), the reward will be forfeited. The Promoter will conduct a randomised number generator selection for unclaimed rewards at its location on 10 September 2026. The selected participant will receive written notification within twenty-one (21) days of the selection.
15. The Promoter will retain records connected to this promotion, including registration records and proof of purchase, for at least twelve (12) months following the later of the final selection or the unclaimed reward selection.
16. The prizewinner bears all other costs unless stated otherwise in clear terms. Winners should note that accepting their prize may have tax consequences, and they may want to obtain professional financial advice before accepting it.
17. Should a reward be unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may opt to supply an alternative reward of equal or higher value.
18. Rewards cannot be swapped for cash, account credit or merchandise, and no substitutions are permitted. The Promoter accepts no liability for any change in the assessed value of the prize (or any part of it).
19. The Promoter will not be responsible for any form of harm, destruction or damage (encompassing but not constrained to derivative or consequential harm) or for any physical harm incurred or endured relating to the reward, except for obligations that law prohibits exempting.
20. To receive the reward, the prizewinner has to sign whatever documents the Promoter and/or reward providers request in their absolute discretion, such as a release agreement and a hold-harmless document.
21. Anticipate up to twenty-eight (28) days for reward shipment starting from the date the prizewinner identifies their reward. Rewards will arrive at the address furnished by the prizewinner. The Promoter and reward providers assume no accountability for rewards harmed or misplaced during shipment.
22. The Promoter collects participants' personal information (PI) in order to administer and promote this promotion and to contact winners. Winners' PI may be disclosed to parties that work with the Promoter, such as reward providers, shipping agents and the authorities regulating promotions. Should a participant fail to supply complete PI, the Promoter may, in its sole opinion, deem them ineligible for a prize. Mistakes and omissions may be overlooked at the Promoter's discretion. The Promoter does not waive its rights simply because it chooses not to enforce them at some point.
23. Personal information handling—collection, application and distribution—regarding this promotion follows the Privacy Policy found on the Promoter's website (www.breezebalmstore.com).
24. The Promoter disclaims accountability for any mishap, neglect, breakdown, data loss, erasure, malfunction, slowdown in handling or transmission, line malfunction, misappropriation or ruin or disallowed access to, or revision of, registrations. The Promoter bears no responsibility for disruptions or system problems affecting telephone infrastructure or systems, digital frameworks and installations, platforms or facilities, hardware, applications, inadequate email or submission delivery caused by technical hiccups or bandwidth consumption online or on any webpage, or multiple concurrent concerns, encompassing any impairment or injury to a participant's or different participant's computing machine connected to or resulting from engagement or acquiring any documents in this promotion.
25. At its sole discretion, the Promoter may disqualify any participant it suspects of breaching these Conditions or of engaging in unlawful or inappropriate conduct intended to undermine the fair and lawful running of this promotion. The Promoter keeps its right to claim compensation or damages from such a person.
26. Where technical faults, fraud, system failures, tampering or other events outside the Promoter's reasonable control affect the fairness, integrity, administration or security of this promotion, the Promoter may, as directed by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission, suspend, modify, cancel or terminate the promotion, or disqualify any participants involved in the tampering.
27. Should unforeseen events or external factors, including natural disasters, epidemics, power outages, loss of property, civil unrest, industrial strikes, acts of God or environmental incidents, obstruct or influence the running or outcome of the promotion, the Organizer may, at its discretion, postpone it and reschedule it at a later date on substantially equivalent terms, or alternatively modify, end, vary or suspend it in accordance with ACT Gambling and Racing Commission guidance.
28. The legislation of the Australian Capital Territory governs the interpretation of Terms and Conditions. All participants accept the jurisdiction of Australian Capital Territory courts.
