Golden Balms (SA) Terms R2

Terms and Conditions (SA) for the Breeze Balm Golden Ticket Promotion

1. Breeze Balm is the promoter of this promotion (Promoter).

2. This promotional lottery runs under licence number T26/1498, granted by Consumer and Business Services South Australia. The promotion is run in line with any relevant regulations and the Lottery and Gaming Act 1936 (SA).

3. The promotion period opens on 20 August 2026 at 12:00am ACST and ends on 25 September 2026 at 11:59pm ACST (Promotion Period).

4. These Terms and Conditions of Entry include details of the prizes and how to enter this promotion (Terms and Conditions). Anyone who enters this promotion agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

5. Residents of South Australia who are 18 years of age or older may enter this promotion. Employees of the Promoter or its related companies (and their immediate family), as well as anyone involved in running the promotion or choosing winners, cannot enter.

6. To enter, buy a Breeze Balm lip balm product at full regular price while the Promotion Period is running. Entering this promotion does not require any other or extra payment.

7. Golden Ticket lip balms are placed into customer orders at random by the Promoter, once the purchase is made and before the order is dispatched.

8. Any customer who gets a Golden Ticket lip balm is given a one-of-a-kind code (Winner Code). Using the Winner Code, the winner can reach a dedicated winner landing page on the Promoter’s website (www.breezebalmstore.com, or another URL the Promoter advises).

9. Once on the landing page, the winner can pick one (1) prize from the prizes still on offer. Prizes go to whoever picks first, on a first in, best dressed basis. What can be chosen depends on what is left when the winner reaches the landing page. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any particular prize will still be there when a winner arrives at the landing page.

10. The total prize pool is worth AUD $9,141.95 (including GST), a figure based on the realistic retail value of the prizes.

11. The prizes available are:

a. 1 x Smeg Coffee Machine (White) with a value of $1,199.00;

b. 1 x Coach Bag (Gold/Tan/Brown) with a value of $798.00;

c. 1 x Nintendo Switch worth $539.95;

d. 1 x KitchenAid (Dried Rose) worth $688.00;

e. 1 x Dyson Airwrap worth $649.00;

f. 1 x Le Creuset Classic 4pc Cookware set, worth $1,220.00;

g. 1 x Apple MacBook Neo (in Blush or Silver) worth $1,049.00;

h. 1 x Dyson V9 Submarine Cordless worth $999.00;

i. 1 x Breeze Balm Voucher worth $1,000.00;

j. 1 x Coles Voucher worth $1,000.00.

12. Once determined, winners will be told in writing, by email or post to the contact details they supplied, within a reasonable time.

13. The details of winners whose prizes are worth $250 or more (last name, first initial and postcode) will be posted on the Promoter’s website (www.breezebalmstore.com.au) within thirty (30) days after the winner is determined.

14. Tobacco products are not offered as prizes in this promotion. Should a prize contain alcohol, only a winner who is 18 years of age or older when claiming it may receive that prize, and the winner accepts that alcohol must be consumed responsibly and in line with the relevant liquor laws.

15. Should a Golden Ticket holder fail to visit the landing page and choose a prize within twenty-eight (28) days after the Golden Ticket product was dispatched (Claim Period), the prize is forfeited. On 23 October 2026, a random number generator at the Promoter’s premises will be used to hold a draw for the unclaimed prize. Entrants in that draw are all eligible customers who completed a qualifying purchase within the Promotion Period. Whoever wins this draw will be told so in writing, within a reasonable time after it takes place.

16. Records of this promotion, entries and receipts included, will be kept by the Promoter for at least as long as South Australian regulations that apply require.

17. Any other costs, unless clearly stated otherwise, fall to the winner. Winners should be aware that their prize may have tax consequences, and may want to get independent financial advice before they accept it.

18. Should a prize be unavailable for any reason, the Promoter may replace it with another prize of the same or higher value.

19. Prizes cannot be swapped for cash, credit or product, and exchanges are not available. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in the value of the prize (or any part of it).

20. Except for liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage of any kind (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained in relation to the prize.

21. To accept the prize, the winner must sign whatever legal paperwork the Promoter and/or the prize suppliers require, in the form they choose at their absolute discretion, which may include a legal release and indemnity form.

22. Prizes can take up to twenty-eight (28) days to arrive, counted from when the winner chooses their prize. Prizes are posted to the delivery address the winner supplies. The Promoter and prize suppliers are not responsible for prizes that are lost or damaged in transit.

23. Each entrant’s personal information (PI) is gathered so the Promoter can run and publicise this promotion and let winners know. Winners' PI may be passed on to third parties that help the Promoter, such as prize suppliers, couriers and the authorities overseeing promotions. If an entrant does not supply all of the PI requested, the Promoter may, entirely at its discretion, deem that entrant ineligible for a prize. The Promoter may choose to accept errors and omissions. If the Promoter does not exercise any of its rights at a given time, it has not given up those rights.

24. How personal information given for this promotion is collected, used and disclosed is covered by the Privacy Policy on the Promoter’s website (www.breezebalmstore.com).

25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion, corruption, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communications line failures, theft, destruction, or alteration of or unauthorised access to entries. The Promoter is also not responsible for problems or technical faults involving servers or providers, computer networks and systems, computer equipment or software, or any telephone lines or network, or for any email or entry that fails to reach the Promoter because of technical issues or traffic congestion on the Internet or on any website, or a mix of these. This includes any injury or damage to an entrant’s or anyone else’s computer connected to or caused by taking part in this promotion or downloading any materials.

26. At its sole discretion, the Promoter may disqualify anyone it has reason to believe has broken any of these Terms and Conditions or has taken part in unlawful or otherwise improper conduct intended to undermine the fair and proper running of the promotion. The Promoter keeps its rights to seek damages or other compensation from any such offender.

27. If this promotion cannot proceed as planned, whether through fraud, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures, or any other cause outside the Promoter's control that damages or affects the proper, safe and legal running, administration, security, fairness or integrity of the promotion, the Promoter may at its sole discretion disqualify anyone who interferes with the entry process, or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, following any direction from the South Australian regulator, Consumer and Business Services.

28. Should an outside agent or event naturally alter the outcome, or stop or hamper its determination (for instance strikes, civil unrest, acts of God, natural disasters, storms, power outages, epidemics, pandemics or vandalism), the Promoter, at its absolute discretion, may call off the promotion and run it again from the beginning at a later date on the same conditions; where that is not reasonable or possible, it may instead modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, in line with any directions given by Consumer and Business Services South Australia.

29. South Australian law governs these Terms and Conditions. Entrants accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Australian courts.
