Terms and Conditions for the Golden Ticket Promotion by Breeze Balm (ACT)

3.The promotion runs from 20 August 2026 at 12:00am AEST through 11:59pm AEST on 25 September 2026.
4.Entry into this promotion constitutes your agreement to the rules and eligibility requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions).
5.Participation is available to Australian Capital Territory residents who are 18 years of age or older. Ineligible entrants include Promoter staff (and their direct relatives), any related entity employees, and individuals responsible for running the draw or selecting winners.
6.Participants enter by purchasing a Breeze Balm lip balm product at standard retail value during the Promotion Period. Entry requires no extra payment or charge.
7.The Promoter will randomly place Golden Ticket lip balms into shipments before they go out.
8.Recipients of a Golden Ticket lip balm obtain a unique code (Winner Code). This code grants access to a winner-specific page on the Promoter's website (www.breezebalmstore.com or an alternative URL as advised by the Promoter).
9.Winners accessing the landing page can claim one (1) item from the prize selection. Awards are distributed as selections are made. Availability of specific prizes is not guaranteed when the winner arrives at the page. The Promoter makes no commitment regarding any particular prize remaining accessible.
10.The combined prize pool totals approximately AUD $9,141.95 (including GST). This amount reflects fair market value estimates for all prizes.

12.Prize winners will be notified by post or email to their provided contact information within twenty-one (21) days after their win is confirmed.
13.Prize winners whose awards are valued at AUD $1,000 or higher will have their name and suburb displayed on the Promoter's website (www.breezebalmstore.com) within twenty-eight (28) days of being named a winner.
14.This promotion excludes tobacco items as prizes. Any prize containing alcohol may only be redeemed by winners aged 18 years or older at the time of redemption, and such winners agree that alcohol must be consumed lawfully and responsibly in line with relevant licensing regulations.
15.If a Golden Ticket holder fails to visit the landing page and claim their prize within twenty-eight (28) days following the dispatch date of the Golden Ticket product (Claim Period), that prize becomes void. The unclaimed prize draw winner will receive written notification within twenty-one (21) days after the draw occurs.
16.The Promoter keeps records of this promotion—including participant details, proof of purchase, and supporting documentation—for at least twelve (12) months after whichever occurs later: the concluding draw or the final date for claiming any unclaimed prizes.
17.Except where otherwise specified, all remaining costs fall to the prize winner. Prize winners should be aware that winning a prize may create tax obligations and should consider obtaining separate financial guidance before accepting their award.
18.Should any prize become unavailable for any circumstance, the Promoter has the authority to provide an alternative prize of equivalent or superior value in its place.
19.Prize awards cannot be converted to monetary payment, store credit, or merchandise alternatives, and no substitutions will be permitted. The Promoter bears no liability for fluctuations in the prize's monetary worth (whether in whole or in part).
20.The Promoter will not be held accountable for any harm, damage, or personal injury that arises in relation to the prize, whether direct, indirect, or consequential in nature, except where such exemption is prohibited by legislation.
21.To claim the prize, the winner must execute all necessary legal documentation that the Promoter and/or prize suppliers deem appropriate, at their sole discretion, which may include a release form and indemnification agreement.
22.Winning entries should expect a delivery window of up to twenty-eight (28) calendar days following the winner's selection of their prize. The award will arrive at the address designated by the winner during the process. Neither the Promoter nor prize suppliers assume responsibility for items that are mislaid or harmed during shipment.
23.Participant personal information (PI) is gathered to permit the Promoter to carry out promotion administration, marketing activities, and winner communication. Winners' PI may be disclosed to supporting third parties, which include prize suppliers, logistics providers, and regulatory bodies overseeing promotional activities. If participants do not furnish complete PI as requested, the Promoter may determine them ineligible to receive any prize at its discretion. The Promoter may choose to overlook minor errors or incompleteness. Waiver of enforcement of any provision does not constitute abandonment of that provision's future application.
24.Data gathering, application, and distribution tied to this promotional initiative are subject to the Privacy Policy posted on the Promoter's website (www.breezebalmstore.com).
25.The Promoter will not be responsible for any mistakes, gaps, service interruptions, data loss, technical glitches, transmission delays, network complications, breaches, or unapproved changes to entries. The Promoter is not accountable for disruptions involving telephone or internet infrastructure, hardware systems, internet providers, applications, email failures, or network congestion preventing entry submission, nor for any resulting injury to participants' or others' computing devices related to involvement in or material acquisition from this promotion.
26.The Promoter may, at its sole determination, exclude any person that the Promoter believes has violated these Conditions or committed illegal or improper actions undermining the promotion's honesty and legitimacy. The Promoter retains all remedies for pursuing financial redress or restitution from violators.
27.Should the promotion prove unable to proceed as planned due to disruption, unlawful entry, fraud, technical malfunctions, or events beyond the Promoter's control that compromise the conduct, integrity, fairness, credibility, or proper running of the promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion disqualify participants who breach participation rules, or modify, suspend, terminate, or postpone the promotion, under review by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission.
28.Where unforeseen events or situations occur—including building damage, epidemics, network breakdowns, extreme weather, natural disasters, acts of state, civil unrest, or industrial disputes—that affect results or prevent completion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel and relaunch the promotion under the same terms at a later date, or instead cancel, end, amend, or suspend the promotion, under review by the ACT Gambling and Racing Commission.
29.This agreement is administered according to the statutes of the Australian Capital Territory. Participants acknowledge the exclusive competence of Australian Capital Territory judicial authorities.
