Conditions Governing the Golden Ticket Giveaway

    1. Approvals granted: SA licence code: T26/1498; ACT permit code: ACT TP 26/01943. The promotion excludes residents of states or territories without proper permit or licence authority.
    1. The promotion runs from 12:00am AEST on 1 August 2026 through to 11:59pm AEST on 25 September 2026 (known as the Promotion Period).
    1. Entry Rules (Terms and Conditions) contain details on prizes and how to participate. Entrants who take part agree they accept these Entry Rules.
    1. Eligibility extends to Australian residents aged 18 and above, excluding those in any state or territory without the necessary permit or licence. The following cannot participate:
      1. staff members (or their close family) of the Promoter or its subsidiary entities, or any party responsible for managing the promotion or selecting recipients; or
      2. Residents of the United States, United Kingdom, outside Australia or in New Zealand are ineligible.
    1. Entry requires buying a Breeze Balm lip balm product at standard retail value within the Promotion Period. Entry does not require payment of any extra charge or distinct fee.
    1. Prior to sending orders, the Promoter will randomly distribute Golden Ticket lip balms into customer shipments.
    1. A customer obtaining a Golden Ticket lip balm receives an exclusive code (Winner Code). Via the Promoter's website (www.breezebalmstore.com or an alternative URL as advised by the Promoter), the recipient may reach a specialised winners page using their Winner Code.
    1. The winners page allows the recipient to claim one (1) prize from available options. Allocation follows a first-served system. Prize availability depends on stock at the moment the winner logs into the page. The Promoter cannot assure that particular prizes will be obtainable when a recipient visits the landing page.
    1. Total prize value amounts to AUD $9141.95 (GST included). This figure represents the genuine market cost of all prizes combined.
    1. Available prizes include:
      1. One Smeg Coffee Machine in White, worth $1,199.00;
      2. One Coach Bag available in Gold, Tan, or Brown, worth $798.00;
      3. One gaming console (Nintendo Switch), worth $539.95;
      4. One KitchenAid appliance in Dried Rose, worth $688.00;
      5. One Dyson Airwrap styling tool, worth $649.00;
      6. One Le Creuset Classic 4-piece Cookware set, worth $1,220.00;
      7. One Apple MacBook Neo available in Blush or Silver, worth $1,049.00;
      8. One Dyson V9 Submarine Cordless vacuum, worth $999.00;
      9. One Breeze Balm store credit Voucher, worth $1,000.00;
      10. A single Coles Voucher with a face value of $1,000.00.
    1. Selected winners will be contacted in writing—either by email or mail sent to the address you supplied—within a reasonable period after winning status is confirmed.
    1. This promotion does not offer tobacco as part of any prize. Should a prize contain alcohol, only winners who are 18 years of age or older at the time of prize redemption may claim it; winners agree that alcohol must be enjoyed responsibly and consistent with relevant liquor legislation.
    1. Golden Ticket holders must visit the landing page and claim their prize within twenty-eight (28) days from when the Golden Ticket product ships (Claim Period), or the prize becomes void. Participants in this draw will be all qualified customers who completed a qualifying purchase throughout the Promotion Period. The unclaimed prize winner will receive written notification within a reasonable timeframe following the draw.
    1. The Promoter will maintain documentation for this promotion (including participant records and purchase receipts) for the period mandated by relevant state and territory law.
    1. Except where specifically noted otherwise, all additional costs will be borne by the prize recipient. Prize recipients should be aware that accepting a prize may have tax consequences and should consider obtaining professional financial guidance before claiming their prize.
    1. Should any prize become unavailable for any reason, the Organiser may replace it with an alternative prize of equivalent or superior value.
    1. Prizes cannot be converted to cash, vouchers or merchandise alternatives, and no swaps are permitted. The Organiser bears no liability for any fluctuation in the worth of the prize or any component of it.
    1. The Organiser will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury that occurs (whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising from or connected to the prize, unless such liability cannot be legally excluded.
    1. To claim the prize, the recipient must complete and sign any documentation that the Organiser and/or prize suppliers require, which may include release forms and indemnification agreements, as they see fit.
    1. Allow a maximum of twenty-eight (28) days for prize dispatch following the winner's selection date. Prizes will be mailed to the address given by the winner. Neither the Organiser nor prize suppliers accept responsibility for items that go missing or are harmed during shipment.
    1. Entrant personal data (PD) is gathered to permit the Organiser to run and publicise this promotion and contact prize winners. Winners' PD may be disclosed to third parties supporting the Organiser, such as prize suppliers, shipping providers and regulatory bodies. Entrants who do not supply all requested PD may be disqualified at the Organiser's discretion. The Organiser may overlook minor errors or gaps at its discretion. Non-enforcement of rights by the Organiser at any time does not mean those rights are surrendered.
    1. How personal data relating to this promotion is collected, used and shared is outlined in the Privacy Policy found on the Organiser's website (www.breezebalmstore.com).
    1. The Organiser disclaims responsibility for any mistake, omission, disruption, damage, removal, malfunction, slowdown, network problems, theft, destruction or unlawful interference with submissions. The Organiser cannot be held responsible for issues stemming from phone networks, internet infrastructure, computer systems, hardware or software, failed transmissions, email problems, internet congestion or any combination of these, nor for harm caused to any person's equipment due to involvement in or use of materials from this promotion.
    1. The Organiser may, at its discretion, remove any participant it believes has violated these Terms and Conditions or acted in an illegal or improper manner that could undermine the promotion's integrity. The Organiser maintains the right to seek compensation or damages from anyone who engages in such conduct.
    1. If circumstances prevent the promotion from proceeding as intended—such as interference, fraud, system failures or other unforeseen circumstances that compromise the promotion's fairness, security or legality—the Organiser may disqualify entrants who interfere with the entry mechanism, or may adjust, halt, cancel or pause the promotion at its sole discretion, subject to direction from applicable state or territory regulatory bodies.
    1. Should external events or unforeseen occurrences—such as property destruction, health crises, system breakdowns, severe weather, acts of nature, armed conflict, civil unrest or employment disputes—influence outcomes or make it impossible to determine results, the Organiser may postpone the promotion and resume it later under identical terms, or if not feasible, may modify, terminate, change or postpone the promotion, in accordance with guidance from the state or territory's regulatory authority concerned.
    1. This agreement is subject to Australian law. Entrants consent to the jurisdiction of their state or territory's courts.
